ProPos Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ProPos is a point-of-sale (POS) and store management mobile application for business users (cashiers, directors, administrators). It connects to the ProPos backend server operated by the store owner / PROSKILL LLC infrastructure.

2. Data we collect

• Account credentials — login and password, sent only for authentication.
• Session token — stored securely on the device so you stay signed in.
• Business data you enter — products, sales, customers, suppliers, stock, payments, and related financial records.
• Camera — used only to scan barcodes / QR codes. Images are processed on device for scanning and are not uploaded as photos to third parties for advertising.
• Photos (optional) — if you attach a product image, it is uploaded to your ProPos server only.
• Network / server address — the app communicates with the configured ProPos API server to sync business data.
• Device-local preferences — app settings such as last server URL or UI preferences.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, marketing trackers, or social login providers. We do not sell personal data.

3. How we use data

• Sign-in and keep a secure session
• Operate POS features: catalog, sales, inventory, customers, reports
• Sync data with your organization’s ProPos server
• Improve reliability and fix errors

4. Data sharing

User and business data are sent only to the ProPos server that the account is connected to (the merchant’s backend). Data is not sold. Data may be disclosed only if required by applicable law.

5. Storage and security

Business records are stored primarily on the ProPos server (database). On the device we store minimal data such as session tokens and local preferences using platform secure storage where available. Communication uses the configured server endpoint (HTTPS recommended when available).

6. Data retention and deletion

Data is retained while the merchant account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting privacy@proskill.uz or your store administrator. You can also sign out from the app, which clears the local session token.

7. Children

ProPos is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Permissions

• Camera — barcode scanning for products and sales.
• Internet — connect to the ProPos server.
• Photos / media (optional) — select product images.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

ProPos — do‘kon/kassa boshqaruv mobil ilovasi (kassir, direktor, admin). Ilova do‘kon egasining ProPos serveriga ulanadi.

2. Qanday ma’lumotlar to‘planadi?

• Hisob — login va parol (faqat kirish uchun).
• Sessiya tokeni — qurilmada xavfsiz saqlanadi.
• Biznes ma’lumotlari — mahsulot, savdo, mijoz, yetkazib beruvchi, ombor, to‘lov yozuvlari.
• Kamera — faqat shtrix-kod/QR skanerlash; reklama uchun uchinchi tomonga yuborilmaydi.
• Rasm (ixtiyoriy) — mahsulot rasmi faqat ProPos serveriga yuklanadi.
• Tarmoq — sozlangan ProPos serveri bilan sinxronlash.

Reklama SDK, marketing trekerlari ishlatilmaydi. Ma’lumotlar sotilmaydi.

3. Ma’lumotlar qanday ishlatiladi?

• Tizimga kirish va sessiya saqlash
• Kassa, ombor, mijozlar, hisobot funksiyalari
• Tashkilot serveri bilan sinxronlash
• Xavfsizlik va barqarorlik

4. Kimga beriladi?

Ma’lumotlar faqat ulangan ProPos serveriga yuboriladi. Sotilmaydi. Qonun talab qilmasa boshqa tashkilotlarga berilmaydi.

5. Saqlash va xavfsizlik

Asosiy biznes ma’lumotlari serverda saqlanadi. Qurilmada minimal ma’lumot (sessiya tokeni, sozlamalar) saqlanadi.

6. O‘chirish

Hisob yoki shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish uchun privacy@proskill.uz yoki do‘kon administratoriga yozing. Ilovadan chiqish mahalliy sessiyani tozalaydi.

7. Bolalar

ProPos biznes foydalanuvchilar uchun. 13 yoshdan kichik bolalardan ongli ma’lumot to‘planmaydi.

8. Ruxsatlar

• Kamera — shtrix-kod skanerlash
• Internet — server bilan aloqa
• Rasmlar (ixtiyoriy) — mahsulot rasmi tanlash

9. O‘zgarishlar

Siyosat yangilanishi mumkin. Pastdagi “Oxirgi yangilanish” sanasi o‘zgaradi.
